Yingkou Kanghui Petrochemical Co., Ltd. which is invested and established in Yingkou city of Liaoning province by Hengli Group, is one of the subsidiaries of Hengli Group and it is the key investment promotion project of Xianren island energy & chemical area in Yingkou city. Kanghui petrochemical project plans a total investment of RMB 10 billion and will be found a new polyester production base with an annual capacity of 800,000 tons, including 600,000 tons of polyester chips, new BOPET film and 200,000 tons of PBT polyester engineering plastic. Relying on the advanced technology of Hengli Group and imported the world-renowned German advanced production line, the implementation of the project can promote Chinese BOPET film and engineering plastic industry manufacturing level entirely and optimize petrochemical industry structure in Yingkou city even in Liaoning province. The expected sales income will be RMB16 billion after the project being put into operation. Yingkou Xianren island energy & chemical area is on the verge of Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea, with an area of 103 square kilometers, it has the advantageous harbor logistics supporting. It’s the important petrochemical industry base which is the birth of three national strategy for promotion of the northeast old industry base, development of Liaoning coastal economic zone and construction of Shenyang economic zone. The chemical area will become petrochemical industry cluster with RMB100 billion annual production values according to the plan.
