Our chief technical engineer has devoted himself to laser technology for more than 20 years and there are 15 engineers, including mechanical engineers, electric engineers, industrial engineers,
process engineers .
We firmly believe that “Perfection comes from attitude”, so the precise instruments like laser interferometer, collimator, ballbar are indispensible in our factory. Every step must be strictly
designed and evaluated to guarantee the precision and strength.
Production and QC Team
① Standard production factory covers 30,000 sqm. 150 units production capacity per month is a great and fast support to all customers.
②All products must be strictly tested 3 times before delivery: raw material test, online test and finishing test. We must control all minor problems in our factory, rather than in your factory.
③TUV Test, Italian CE Test , FDA Test etc, it is certain that these certificates and standard sacrifice some time and cost, but we believe they are worth it .

Warranty
Warranty period: TOPTEK provides 2 years warranty for whole machine. During the warranty period,TOPTEK is responsible for free repairs and replacement of parts and components (except for
consumables such as conductive fibers, lens and nozzles) that fall within the scope of the warranty. Due to buyer’s entrusting a third party to disassemble and repair the machine, abnormal power
supply, bad working environment etc. and external factors that cause machine failure or machine damage are not included in the free warranty.
